As per Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, a pollution certificate is mandatory for all businesses. Each Commercial industry has to take prior permission from the respective State Pollution Control Board. Global warming is a prime concern that has been initiated since the pre-industrial period after the 1850’s due to the overuse of Fossil fuels, Deforestation, increase in population, unauthorized factory setups, and more. To fathom these irregularities, Pollution Control Board entrusted - to implement Environmental Laws and rules within the jurisdiction.
