What is NSIC Registration License?

NSIC incorporates Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) under the Single Point Registration scheme (SPRS) to participate in Government Procurement. Units registered under the NSIC Single Registration Scheme are eligible for benefits under the Public Procurement Policy for Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order 2012 as notified by the Government of India, Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises, New Delhi

Registration Process:

  • Release of Tender Sets for free.
  • Exemption from Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payments.
  • For participating tenders tenders quoting within the price of L1 + 15 percent will also be allowed to offer up to 25% of the requirement by lowering their price to L1 Price, where L1 is not MSE.
  • Consortia Center for Tender Marketing.

All Central Ministries / Departments / PSUs will set an annual target of at least 25% of the total annual purchase of products or services produced or provided by MSEs. In terms of the annual procurement requirement of 25% of MSEs, 4% is reserved for units owned by Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribes and 3% for units owned by women entrepreneurs. Registered SPRS units are an integral part of the supply to the Government In addition to the above, 358 items are reserved for special purchases in the MSE Category (List is provided below in the download section of serial no.5).

Eligibility:

All Small & Small Businesses with EM Part-II (Optional) / Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAM) / Udyam Registration are eligible to register with the NSIC under a Single Registration Scheme (SPRS).

Small and Medium Enterprises have already started commercial production but have not completed one year of existence. A Temporary Registration Certificate can be issued to small and medium enterprises under the One Local Registration program with a limit of Rs. 5.00 Lacs

QUICK REGISTRATION ANSWERS
  • Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) involved in manufacturing and services are eligible for registration.
  • Merchants are not eligible to be registered under this Scheme.
  • The validity of the SPRS Certificate is 2 years from the date of registration and after renewal every two years.
  • MSEs have already started producing trades (Start Ups) but do not complete one year of life eligible for temporary registration for one year. MSEs can apply for full registration after one year of graduation.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Please visit the Udyam registration website to receive the Udyam Registration Number.
  • MSEs must register with MSME Data Bank using UAM No. and PAN, to register for Single Point registration.
  • Each step must be completed and all steps must be saved and continue with the option. In this way the form can be completed and updated at any time using a combination of PAN and UAM.

  • Fees will be charged on the basis of the Unit Enterprise (Micro or Mini) section.
  • Third party testing is also involved in store item testing. Units are requested to kindly select a technical testing agency for their domain and capacity.
  • The final certificate will be available online and the relevant NSIC office will send a copy of the physical certificate by post.
  • Where the MSE has more than one industry located in the same area or outside the state, all firms will be registered in one branch and such application will be considered in one branch only.

RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION

  • The validity of the SPRS Certificate is 2 years from the date of registration and the MSE unit may apply for renewal six months before the certificate expires.
  • MSEs who come for renewal before the expiration of the SPRS certificate receive a 50% discount on renewal fees.
  • Units of MSEs with no change to a previously issued Certificate may apply for renewal online.

RENEWAL PROCESS

  • Fees will be charged on the basis of the Unit Enterprise (Micro or Micro) category and MSEs will be renewed before the expiry of the SPRS certification period receiving a 50% discount on renewal fees.
  • The final certificate will be available online and the relevant NSIC office will send a copy of the physical certificate by post.
  • In any connection, the certificate registration number can be quoted.

During the renewal process each step will automatically be completed automatically from the data provided at the time of registration.

Renewal Tests - (When the Financial Limit exceeds Rs. 10 Crore.)

The rate of renewal of registration where the fee limit exceeds Rs 10 Crore and the inspection has not been done by the Technical Inspecting Agency or NSIC one year ago, those components will be inspected by the NSIC Branch Office before issuing the renewal certificate. The Test Fee will be equal to the Test Fee charged by the Rites.

AMENDMENT OF WRITING CERTIFICATE

  • It is always recommended to kindly put all the required forms, suffixes and texts on your desktop in a folder for quick download.
  • Fees will be charged on the basis of the Unit Enterprise (Micro or Small) unit of 50% Fresh Fee as a total renewal fee.
  • The final certificate will be available online and the relevant NSIC office will send a copy of the physical certificate by post.

  • Switch to Company Factory Address

  • Financial Limit Amendment
  • Additional Installation (Stores)
  • Switch to category (SC / ST and standard)

Renewal and amendment when both are put together can only attract renewal fees.

Registration fee

The registration fee is based on the Turnover according to the Micro & Small Enterprise Rated Spreadsheet for Registration, Renewal and other amendments etc.

The process of calculating and adjusting the financial limits of small and medium enterprises.

  • The company's monetary limit is determined on the basis of the total profit per unit sales over the past three years reflected in the Tested Spreadsheets.
  • The monetary limit will be set on the basis of the highest profit over the past three years which may or may not have been in the previous year as long as the units included and the operating capacity are not reduced.
  • In the event that there is no decline in plant and equipment, then 50% of the highest income over the past three years reflected in the calculated balance will be the basis for the adjustment of the income limit.
  • In the event of a decline of more than 10% of plants and equipment, the following will be considered:
  • Where the Business Profit has increased slightly over the past three years and the unit is still profitable, the Financial Limit may be adjusted by 50% of the total sales revenue received in the previous year.
  • Should the Company / Co-operative / Proprietorship unit lose one of the last three years, their cash limit will be adjusted to 40% of their sales revenue.
  • Similarly, when Micro & Small Enterprise lost two to the last three years, the cash limit will be adjusted accordingly by 30 percent of the purchases they made last year.
  • In the event that Micro & Small Enterprise loses over the past three years, the Unit's cash limit will be adjusted by 20% of the proceeds from National sales over the past three years.

MSEs performing the following functions are not eligible for registration under the Single Registration Scheme: -

  • Manufacture of Drugs and Drugs other than MSE (unit) involved in the production and supply of Ayurvadic, Unani, AIDS and Homeopathic Medicines.
  • Excessive trading, Marketing and Sales or agents of the commission
  • MSEs had been blacklisted until the end of this period.
  • owner / partner / director / MSEs Card has been convicted of any criminal offense.
