  • In the case of Partnership, Aadhar and PAN partner will be used.
  • In the case of a company, directors Aadhar and PAN can be used.
  • In the case of LLP, the Aadhar card and PAN card of the nominated partner will be used.
  • In the event that the applicant or authorized signer does not have the appropriate Aadhar Card, the applicant must first apply for an Aadhar card at the Aadhar registration center. Once Aadhar has been acquired the registration of Udyam can begin.
