The Documents Required for GeM Registration

Like more documents, there are some documents got to keep during the registration on GeM portal.

Authorized Person details

  • You would like to be authorized person of the organization
  • Authorized person’s Aadhar card, Pan Card, Mobile Number register with the Aadhar card
  • Active Email id (Personal or Organization allotted).
  • Aadhar Card

Organization Details

  • Business Type (Proprietorship, firm for partnership or LLP org., Company for personal or Public Ltd. Org.,Trust/Society/Association of person, Government entity)
  • Pan Card of the Organization
  • Date of Incorporation
  • CIN (Company Information Number) (If applicable) Note- applicable just for Private/Public Ltd.
  • . Last 3 Year ITR with Computation, record and Profit & Loss
  • Organization Registered Address
  • Checking account Details
  • IF MSE Firm then UAM Number and linked mobile number with UAM
  • IF begin Company then DIPP Number and Linked mobile number with DIPP.
