What is OPC registration ?
One Person Company in India is a new concept that has been introduced with the Company's Act 2013. One Person Company in India is incorporated by one person. Before the enforcement of the Businesses Act 2013, one person will not be able to establish a corporation. An OPC has features of a corporation and therefore the benefits of the only proprietorship. What are the documents required for OPC registration in India ?

To register an One Person Company in India an applicant has got to submit the subsequent documents:

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhar Card
  • Photo ( Of Director and Nominee)
  • Latest statement or any bill that bears the name of the Director or the nominee
  • Latest Bill for the office address

How to obtain OPC registration ?

Procedure to get OPC Registration:

For the Partners:

  • Application for DSC:

    The subsequent documents are required to get the Digital Signature Certificate for the proposed Director that the subsequent documents got to be submitted:

    • Aadhar Card
    • PAN Card
    • Photo
    • Email Id
    • Phone Number

  • Application for the Director Identification Number:

    Once the DSC is obtained subsequent step is to use for the DIN for the proposed Director in SPICe Form alongside the name and address proof of the Director. Form DIR 3 is that the only option that's available for existing companies. W.E.F from January 2018 the applicant isn't required to file Form DIR 3 separately.   • Name Approval Application:

The MOA states the business that the corporate is being incorporated. The Articles of Association lays down the laws on which the corporate will operate. As there's just one Director and a member a Nominee have to be appointed because just in case of incapacitation or death of the promoter the Nominee has got to take the place. The consent of the Nominee are going to be taken alongside the PAN and Aadhar card in Form INC Declaration and Consent of the proposed Director are going to be taken in Form 9 and DIR 2 respectively. A declaration by knowledgeable certifying that each one the compliances are met.

  • Filing Forms with MCA:

    All the documents are going to be attached within the SPICe Form, The MoA and therefore the AoA are going to be uploaded on the location for approval.

  • Issuance of Certificate of Incorporation:
